How to use the Flynas credit?

If you are using Flynas flight for traveling here if your amount is credited in case of missing the flight, how to use that amount?
There are two ways of using that amount.

You will go on the Flynas website and see the information. There is an information named credit shell. Phone number is given there; you can contact them, give them a valid reason, and get your credit back.
The second way to get the credit back is to visit their nearby office.

You will sign in to your Flynas website and select the flight means to check the flight date.
You will be given the comparative flights related to your dates.
Then there will be an option of the best pair if you are traveling alone with or without your luggage.
They will give you three types of rates for flights; you will select the recommended option.
Then next, you will give the whole information, then accept it.
There comes an agreement of important information, accept it.

On the next page, there will be your luggage selection; you will select accordingly.
Then you can select or add your recommended food for the flight.
Then if you want to add traveling insurance, click on next.
On the next page, seat formation will be shown to you; you can select the available seats, then continue.
Then the payment method is to select the credit or debit card option.

If your amount is in credit, you must select the option Sadad.
Click on Sadad it will make a Sadad payment voucher. Then you will receive a message from The Flynas website.
After payment, your flight will be confirmed.
You can go to the nearby Flynas office to book your ticket they will ask for your details.
Your total amount will be paid, and you can pay the leftover amount from Al-Rajhi Bank.
You can check your ticket. The whole detail will be shown.
