You can activate, from each and every location in the globe by calling the USSD number *506#. The USSD menu will offer the choice between Standard Data Roaming and any of the buckets. There are two ways to activate your sim :
First, Open up your Twitter account, click on the search bar, and write "Ufone" on it.
The original page of Ufone will be shown on your screen.
Click on that and messaging option will be there, click on it.

Click on it and then they will tell you to wait.
After then, a person will start a conversation with you.
You will tell them your problem, and they will ask you for details.
After some time, they will tell you to activate some kind of setting on your phone.
Then you will go to your settings and click on the dual SIM and network connection.
Both SIMs will be shown on your screen, click on Ufone (the one whose roaming you want to start).
Click on the carrier option(supportive system on any/every region/country/city.
Turn off the auto registration
After a little while, your SIM signals will start showning on your screen.
