I've personally gone through this process using Al Rajhi Bank, but you can follow a similar procedure with any other bank, whether it's through Quick Pay or other banking software. 

The steps are quite universal. You'll start by logging into your bank's payment section, and there, you'll find an option for government payments. 

Click on it, and you'll be taken to the government payment portal, which is under government sector control. Now, here's the crucial part: You'll notice an associated fee for each dependent person. This means you'll have to pay a fee for every family member who is a dependent. If this is your first time making this payment, you'll need to register each dependent and pay the fee according to your family's situation. 

You can choose to pay for a single month or register them for three months right from the beginning.
