If you booked a flight and now you missed it, how to get that amount back or how and where to use that amount?
The procedure is given below:
When you search the Flynas website on Google, you will get the payment method on the main page, named credit shell.
You will call on that given number and tell them your problem.
They will ask your reason for missing the flight.
If that reason sounds valuable to them, then they will pay that amount back by credit in your name; if not, then no payment back.
Or you can visit their office wherever it is.
When you book your ticket, you will give them your flight number and pay the credit then the flight will be booked.
After giving all the information, come to the last page.
After selecting the seat, it will show you the payment method.
You will choose the Sadad method, then click on the pay option, which means your payment has gone out pending.
It will give you four hours to pay: Otherwise, your booking will be canceled.
To use the credit, there are two options:
First, you can contact them on Whatsapp through Flynas website.
Second, go to their office.
If your amount has left from your total credit, they will send it to you, or if your amount is big compared to your credit, they will give you four hours to pay, Then go back from that page and click on manage booking.
Put the new reference number of your booking and last name.
Put the whole detail for your leftover amount and select the pay option.
The code will be sent to your number.
You will write the code and click on the next option.
Then there will come a confirmation option, which means your amount has been paid, and your ticket has been confirmed.
